In order to attend the conference, at least one author must register. And each registration enables only one author to attend the conference. The registration fee including access to the conference, coffee breaks, lunch, banquet dinner and program book.
Delegates requiring an invitation letter
for attending the conference may write to
the ICOCE Secretariat. Please make sure you
include the following information when you
send your request to
Name, postal address, and a valid email address
Number of your paper, title and list of authors, if you are presenting a paper
The words “Invitation Letter Request” in the subject field of your email
Please note that we will issue the invitation letter to either who has an accepted paper at conference or with proven that you are registered and settled the relevant payment.
Online Payment System
Payment can be made online via Visa or Mastercard Card. Our system will automatically generate your transaction to us and you should receive our confirmation letter via email shortly.
The bank account can be found in the registation form. Please email the copy of the bank transfer receipt to conference secretary upon completion of the bank transfer. Email confirmation letter will be sent to you once we confirmed the payment has well received.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Request for Cancellation will be subjected
to the following condition:
• Request on or before February 20, 2021, 30% of paid amount will be charged.
• No refund after February 20, 2021 will be allowed.
• Payment for refund will be settled ONLY after the conference.
